November 1st - News at Cinnamon's

Wow - what a great fall Market in Houston!

Karen and Janice traveled to Houston for Fall Quilt Market and saw lots of beautiful new fabric lines, creative new projects and fabulous blocks of the months.

One of the next big things (think Tuffet) is espadrilles! All of the major fabric vendors had samples on display in their booth. We already have a class in the planning stages. Stay tuned for more information on this in the near future. We have a picture on our Facebook and Instagram accounts.

Another great opportunity in which we will be participating is the new sew-along by Lori Holt, Bloom Quilt. We ordered fabric for 10 spaces and have already sold 4 spots! Check out the details on this sew along and call us quickly if you want to sign up. Space is limited!

Upcoming Holly Jolly Retreats

November is here and that means Holly Jolly is right around the corner! We do still have a few spots remaining so if you have been thinking about joining us now is the time to sign up! This retreat is always a lot of fun and Janice and Faye will not disappoint. The dates are November 20 - 22 or December 4-6 - we hope to see you there!

Educational Opportunities

Be sure to check out our Calendar for upcoming class opportunities here at Cinnamon's. Just a reminder we review the class roster on Monday of the week prior to class. We have had a class or two cancel only to have some calls the day before or day of wanting to take the class. Please make sure to register ahead of time so the teacher can prepare and class will take place. If for whatever reason the class does not make, we will be happy to refund your money.

New Arrivals

We have new fabric arrivals weekly. Stay tuned in with Instagram and Facebook for photos as well as a new category on the website with some of our newest arrivals.

Moda kept us busy checking in beautiful fabrics last week. We received in the entire line and a stash of pre-cuts of Dot Dot Dash by Me & My Sister Designs (Moda). It is a bright and colorful assortment of polka dots and stripes in all shapes and sizes! We also got in Prairie pre-cuts and a few coordinating bolts and the entire Purebred collection, including the Quilt Kit! This is a beautiful line for all the horse lovers out there.
