The class sample is 66” x 86”. If you want to make a different size, please see the pattern for fabrics required.
(Do note-these yardages are for the specific kind of fabrics shown in pattern and are “fussy cut.” If you are not fussy cutting, you may not need as much as the pattern requires.

Pre-treat (starch, steam, etc) your fabric BEFORE cutting! Please cut and label all fabrics as shown on page 1. You will not need your border fabrics until the final class. This class does not cover the applique of letters on the quilt top but if you are interested, Janet will talk you through the process.

| Requirements: | Students should have taken a rotary cutting class like Slice, Dice and Sew and a Scant Quarter inch class like Scant ¼” Seams and More before taking this class. This class assumes knowledge of rotary cutting and confidence with your machine and sewing scant ¼” seams. Stripology 101 will be helpful in pre-cutting for class and trimming finished squares for the quilt. |
