Superstar Saturday - MANDARIN
Create a striking quilt that lets your fabrics shine! In this class, students will learn and practice several essential quilting skills while making the beautiful Superstar quilt. We'll work with large half-square triangles, strip sets, and 4-patch units, with special attention given to accurate construction and proper squaring-up techniques for precise results.
This class is designed for quilters who are ready to build on their foundational skills. For the best experience and success, students should have completed Janet's Rotary Cutting and Scant ¼" Seam classes prior to enrollment.
By the end of class, you'll have the skills and confidence to create a quilt that's truly a superstar!
Prerequisites: Rotary Cutting and Scant ¼" Seam classes (or equivalent skills).
Skills Covered: Large half-square triangles, strip sets, 4-patch units, accurate piecing, and squaring up blocks.
Skill Level: Confident Beginner and Beyond.
