April Showers bring May Flowers!
How is it that April is nearly over and May is here already?! Didn't we just celebrate the New Year? While I do enjoy the beautiful weather we've been having, it just doesn't seem possible that we are approaching mid-year 2016. May brings Mother's Day, Spring Quilt Market and Memorial Day to celebrate. We will be closed on Sunday, May 8 for Mother's Day to allow all our staff to celebrate and be celebrated with family and friends.
We re-ordered a lot of the GRUNGE line from Moda and have a full case of beautiful colors for you to see! It's a great basic and we're glad you all love it so much. We plan to keep many of the colors in stock so come take a peek! I will have these up online as well in the coming weeks.
Strip Sticks are back in stock! We have the 18" and 22" sizes.
A few seats remain in two of Gloria's mixed media classes coming up in the next week. Welcome to Our Home is an adorable board using the popular chalking technique. Tick Tock Dresden Clock is a working clock with a dresden plate out of your favorite fabrics. A perfect addition to any room in your home!
Featherweight Club meets the first Sunday of each month. Gloria Parsons heads up the group and has a few little projects planned for each meeting. Bring your featherweight and have a little sewing fun!

Faye is teaching Machine Quilting 101 this quarter. Many of you often request this type of class and Faye is a fabulous instructor! Be sure to check it out.
Just a friendly reminder to sign up at least a week in advance of class. We want to be able to give at least 5 days notice for teachers and students to plan accordingly. If you register and the class does not make, we will provide a full refund. You can view the class handout PDF or check out all the new classes through July here.
Til next time, keep those needles moving!
