Fat Quarter Friday is back!
Karen and I survived Houston and can't wait to get in all the goodies we ordered at Market. It's back again! Fat Quarter Friday tomorrow, November 4th from 10am to 4pm! Purchase five (5) pre-cut fat quarters for $10 and any additional fat quarters will be $2/ea. This is only valid for purchases on Friday, November 4, 2016. No holds, no returns of previous fat quarter purchases. We have some great Fat Quarter Friendly quilt patterns as well. We hope to see you there!
New Arrivals
Kaffe Fassett fabrics have arrived! Come see all the new fun colors and prints we have in store, including 2 gorgeous wide backs!
Hop, Skip and a Jump by American Jane for Moda has arrived in yardage and pre-cuts. A lovely collection of 30s prints.
Darling Little Dickens is a sweet line in soft pinks, greens, yellows and tans from Moda. The pre-cuts have arrived and yardage is on its way. Perfect for those baby quilts and gifts.
We have a Trunk Show for the month of November from Sassafras Lane Designs of their Sammy's Safari, Zoey's Zoo and Hootsville Row quilts. Kits are available too!
Saturday Sampler 2017
Many of you enjoyed last year's Saturday Sampler class so Janice has put together another 12 block program that will run from January to December 2017. Registration is $25 and gets you the first block. Bring your finished block back to the next meeting and get the next block for FREE! It will meet the second Saturday of each month from 9-10am. You have the choice between Grunge or 30s fabrics. We are about half way filled for this year's Saturday Sampler. Make sure to sign up by December 1st to join the fun!
Educational Opportunities
Jan Vaine has 3 single day classes lined up this quarter. The first is the Catch All Caddy on November 5th, followed by Nesting Baskets December 10th and finally Embroidery Doodles on January 7th. Click for more details.
Donna is teaching these fabulous Fall Pumpkins next quarter and the picture does not do them justice. They are so soft in our Wool Needle flannels - a great addition to your fall decor!
Nancy is teaching these fun Mini Trees from Sew Kind of Wonderful. Free pattern using the Mini Quick Curve Ruler - this runner is the perfect centerpiece on your holiday table.
Club Sunday is on the calendar for the next quarter. The first is scheduled for November 13 from 11am-4pm. It's just $5 and please pre-register so we know you are coming!
Just a friendly reminder to sign up at least a week in advance of class. We want to be able to give at least 5 days notice for teachers and students to plan accordingly. If you register and the class does not make, we will provide a full refund.
